Construction on Divino Beach Gili Air, the group's newest beachfront hotel project, has now reached 40% completion. Work on site began in April 2026, with the project on track for completion in May 2027.
The masterplan includes a suites building, gym, spa, restaurants, a beach club pool and an upper pool, alongside landscaped grounds — all designed to deliver a cohesive, luxurious beachfront experience on Gili Air.
On the ground, the beach club and upper pool basins have been shaped in concrete, with structural framing and reinforcement progressing on the suites building. Shade netting protects the site while the concrete cures under the Gili Air sun.
